Great new spot in downtown Kingston! We enjoyed the pork bone soup which had so much flavour and so filling along with bibimbap with beef bulgogi and the dukbokki, both of which again were amazing! Definitely will be returning! They also over take out as well!
For a dollar? Get the bibimbap in the hot stone bowl. My guest had it. It smelled amazing. Appreciated that we could add the mild spicy sauce ourselves so we could control the heat. The biggest issue with my pancake is I didn't want to share. But I actually really liked my dinner companion, so I gave him a (small) bite. Sides were delish (Korean pickles just hit the spot, you know?). Homemade Korean food that lives up to the restaurant name. We'll definitely be back.
This is a very small mom and pop restaurant with very dated furnishings. The service was wonderful and it seemed to be very popular with the locals. Many were recognized as they came in the door! I ended up ordering the Moewoon Chicken Dupbap, Chicken with spicy sauce served on rice for 14. It was flavourful and spicy. The chicken was tender and each bite was a mixture of flavors that are hard to describe but absolutely wonderful! My wife and her friend each ordered the Bibimbap, Assorted vegetables, fried egg and chilly paste on rice. 15 Everyone was very happy with their meals. The service was fast and efficient plus it was done with a cheerful attitude! Thank you for the wonderful experience. We look forward to visiting Kingston again and eating at Seoul 2 Soul.

Had their beef rice and fried chicken. Both tasted really good, and portions were generous too. The store owner is trilingual - she can speak in English, Mandarin and Korean.
Went here for a spontaneous lunch with a friend on October 29th. We were the only two in there, so I knew it was going to be good. We both ordered the P2- spicy pork bulgogi and it was delicious! Everything was seasoned well and it all came with plenty of sides, so it felt like we were having a feast. The atmosphere was okay and the service was fine. They did not check on us once after dropping off our orders, but it was okay since we were given a full pitcher of water and nothing to really worry about! Had a good time overall and would definitely recommend!
Whenever I go downtown to eat, Seoul to Soul is my #1 pick! They have the most authentic and the best Korean food in Kingston. Would highly recommend for the food and the service.
